2005 AUSS Singing Tour to Sweden
July 17. Ottergård
Members of Rosvik's Chorus served a local dish of herring and potatoes on a hard bread, served on a wooden shingle instead of a plate. Gale, Yoko and Gene watch as Bettan prepares one of the sandwiches.
Don is eating his last bite while Carl-Erik wonders if the "plate" is edible.
No, Carl-Erik, you don't eat the shingle!
Some members of Rosvik's Chorus, including their director (left), wore colorful folk costumes.
We gathered in the barn for fellowship. The Pitebygden's Male Chorus sang a few songs ...
... including "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" to Gale.
Rosvik's Chorus also sang for us.
There was lots of music and a chance to get to know each other.
